I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was lacking and the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. However, I did appreciate the kind gesture of a room upgrade and the good dining options. The warm service from the staff, especially Ekbal and Rohit, combined with delightful evenings by the pool, really stood out. However, the limited activities at the property left us wanting more during downtime, and the suite, while beautiful, felt a bit cramped at times. Overall, it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy good food but could use more entertainment options.
